As a former Division I swimmer at Notre Dame, Grace has a wealth of experience as a competitor and a coach. She has worked with hundreds of swimmers to improve their stroke technique, performance and health both in and out of the water, and has decades of experience teaching others how to swim.
CUSTOMIZED AND FUN LESSONS
Lessons are designed to meet the individual needs of clients. Expect a holistic and warm approach, with focus on 1:1 support. All ages and swim levels welcome!
We offer both small group and private swim lessons, which typically are 25-30 min sessions.
We accommodate your schedule! Currently, we offer swim lessons in Annapolis, MD and Naples, FL.

Not only is swimming essential to safety, but it also helps children develop important life skills and build self-confidence. Swimming keeps your heart and lungs healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina, develops better balance and core strength, and reduces stress.

Specialized instruction for every age and ability. Private lessons are the core of our swim school and designed for children or adult swimmers at any level.
Small Group Lessons
For groups between 2-4 swimmer per lesson. If you have a few buddies to take lessons with, then this option is for you!
Young Children Lessons
For children under 3 y/o, with an option for guardian to be in the water with Grace and child.
Competitive & Triathlon Training
30 minute workout on land that focuses on building strength and flexibility in the water, all ages & levels! Can be added on to any lesson or scheduled separately.
Never too old to learn how to swim all 4 strokes. Improve your skills, speed and confidence. We will help you reach your goals.
